Client: Expo, 2010–2019
Project: Art director and graphic designer during the years 2010–2019, including a redesign of the visual identity and a redesign of the magazine (2015) and the website. Both were nominated for a number of awards.

Expo Foundation is a research foundation founded in 1995, with the aim of studying and mapping anti-democratic, right-wing extremist and racist tendencies in society. I worked regularly as art director and graphic designer for Expo 2010–2019. During these years, I redesigned the visual identity, including the logotype, and redesigned the magazine and the website. Since the redesign, Expo has been nominated for and won a number of design awards.

The redesign of the magazine was launched in 2015. Since antiracism concerns everybody, the main goal was to lower the thresholds and create a design that speaks to a broad audience – regardless of prior knowledge but without sacrificing depth.
